Food-grade pigskin gelatin, powder form. Applied in clarification of musts and fruit juices via the processes of flotation.
The product guarantees obtaining a hydrophobic floccule that is able to adhere easily to the gas used in the flotation process.
- Recommended low tannicity wines to clarify or improve the filterability of the product. Respects both the structure and the color.

- Due to its characteristics it is the most suited in its category for flotation and works perfectly in synergy with the products Flottocarb® and Flottobent®,preferably following a preparation treatment of the must with Flottozima®.
